Deputy President Ramaphosa to be installed as University of Mpumalanga Chancellor
Mbombela - Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa will be installed as the first Chancellor of the University of Mpumalanga on Saturday, 02 April 2016 in a ceremony at the Ingwenyama Conference and Sport Resort in White River, Mpumalanga, 9h00
Amongst the guests expected at the installation ceremony are former President Kgalema Motlanthe, Ministers Blade Nzimande and Thulas Nxesi and Deputy Ministers Mduduzi Manana, Nomaindia Mfeketo, Bheki Cele and Mcebisi Skwatsha.
The University currently provides for three faculties of Commerce and Management, Agriculture and Natural Sciences, and Education. The faculties of Humanities (Arts and Social Sciences), Health Science and Engineering will be established in the near future.

11:00 - Opening address by Professor Mayekiso and the commencement of the installation procedure;

13h00 - Photo opportunity session with Chancellor (Deputy President Ramaphosa).
