President Ramaphosa to unveil Presidential Postal Stamp

President Cyril Ramaphosa will on Tuesday, 09 October 2018 be honoured by the South African Post Office (SAPO) with the presentation of a stamp bearing the President’s image.

The Post Office honours all South African Presidents with a stamp. In terms of the SAPO stamp policy, Heads of State and former Heads of State are the only living people who can feature on stamps. President Ramaphosa is the fifth President of the Republic to be honoured in this manner   since the advent of democracy.

The stamp features a photograph of the President, the Presidential Coat of Arms and the Union Buildings in the background.
