President to address National House of Traditional Leaders
President Cyril Ramaphosa will address the annual official Opening of the National House of Traditional Leaders (NHTL) on Tuesday, 19 February 2019.
Proceedings will take place in the Old Assembly Chamber in Parliament, Cape Town.
