President Ramaphosa sends condolences on the passing of the Queen Mother of Amampondo

President Cyril Ramaphosa, on behalf of the country’s population, has sent his words of condolence on the sad passing of the Queen Mother of Amampondo aseNyandeni, Queen Fikelephi ‘Bongolethu’ Ndamase, who departed the earth yesterday, 07 June 2018.

The late Queen was mother to the reigning King Ndamase Ndamase of Amampondo aseNyandeni.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the Amampondo traditional community as they mourn the passing of their Queen Mother. I wish to convey our deepest condolences to the Royal family and Amampondo on behalf of the entire nation. May the soul of the Queen Mother rest in eternal peace,” said President Ramaphosa.
