President Ramaphosa to receive Soweto Gospel Choir following Grammy win

President Cyril Ramaphosa will receive the multi award-winning Soweto Gospel Choir at the Market Theatre Square in Johannesburg tomorrow, Thursday   14 March 2019.

The Choir recently won its third Grammy Award in February 2019, with the group’s album “Freedom” crowned Best World Music.

The President, accompanied by the Minister of Arts and Culture, Mr Nathi Mthethwa, will have a short interaction with the group during which he will congratulate the choir on their achievement.
