Deputy Minister Nonceba Mhlauli to deliver keynote address at HONOR Learnership Programme Graduation

The Deputy Minister in the Presidency, Nonceba Mhlauli, will deliver a keynote address at the HONOR Learnership Programme Graduation. 

The graduation ceremony will recognise learners who have completed the programme, celebrating their achievements and the skills and experience gained through the learnership.
